Dave very friendly and helpful, quickly got us into the vehicle of choice for a test drive, and did his best to shorten the wait time that followed. Vehicle (pre-owned) had just arrived so following day Nielsen thoroughly inspected, made corrections, and had it ready for pick-up to suit our busy schedule. Paperless purchasing method very interesting. Overall the Nielsen experience was a great one and we will be back! More
