Not too pushy, but not too laid back. The only thing that would hold me back from this dealership is the Service Department. Never had good experience with service. Long wait times, no offering for loaner cars, and service is sub par. More

Out with the old...In with the NEW!!! I went to Nielsen with my wife, she was looking to see if she could turn her lease in early. Upon arrival we were met by Vito Carenza. He was very pol I went to Nielsen with my wife, she was looking to see if she could turn her lease in early. Upon arrival we were met by Vito Carenza. He was very polite, professional and NOT at all pushy the way some car dealers can be. My wife looked around at a few cars and found one she liked. She was worried about the price ($30,000 range) and expected the payments to be too high. Her vehicle was also over mileage so she figured she was just going through the motions but we sat down and Vito ran the numbers. As my wife expected the new payments were way too high. She was disappointed but figured that was what was going to happen. As we were about to leave Vito started to work his magic. Vito asked me if I was looking for a new vehicle since my lease was expiring in a few months. I told him I would love a new vehicle but my plan was just to refinance when my lease expired because my vehicle has 70,000 miles and I was 22,000 miles over my lease limit. He said don't worry about that and to sit tight while he talked to his boss. When Vito came back he offered us a deal that almost knocked me off the chair. The new payments for my wife would be lower then her current vehicle payments which was already a home run AND on top of that I was offered the same deal as my wife - they would take my vehicle back and I would not owe any money for my overage, not a dime. We went from expecting to be going home with our current vehicles and having to buy them at the end of the leases to going home with 2 Brand New Cherokees and out of a debt hole. I want to thank Vito for his hard work. He got us a great deal and it was more then I ever expected. Thank You to Vito and everyone else that made the deal come through. More

That is until, I walked into Neilsen and was lucky enough to have Geza help me through the leasing process. She was always helpful and informative but never pushy. She made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and I have to say I avoided that awkward feeling that I felt at every other dealershp. The one where you feel the salespeople are trying to jam everything you don't want down you're throat. I also have to mention that I walked into the dealership an hour before closing and Geza stayed with me through the entire process and never showed any impatience even as we were finalizing financing at 11:30p.m. She is absolutely the best car salesperson I have ever worked with. From here on out I will only buy cars from her, will recomend her to everyone of my friends and family, and i recomend her to anyone who may be reading this review. THANKS GEZA!!!! More

Rick the Sales mgr and my salesman Vito made the experience seamless and they even bought me out of the lease 4 months early. Now I am driving a new 2015 Grand Cherokee with even more options and my price is now less than I was paying 3 years ago. How can you beat that a great dealership with great service and now my second lease at a lower monthly payment. This is how a car experience should be. More
