Wonderful, truthful and surprisingly easy ?? My sales associate was so pleasant. She was honest, knowledgable and caring. My main objective was to price out many dealerships. No pressure to get me into a car I wasn't interested in. He asked the right questions to share with me options. I like having options to choose from. The selection was vast. So we narrowed it down and took one for a relaxed test drive. He proved himself knowledgeable and highlighted what I was looking for. It was not the test drive that sold me. What sold me was the experience. Chris wrapped it all up quickly and away I went. I'm ecstatic I'm driving around in my new Grand Cherokee, with no buyers remorse.
