Rick Vrablik and his team in East Hanover DID NOT meet my low expectations-- let me repeat: DID NOT MEET MY USUAL CAR-BUYING expectations. They were WONDERFUL. They made the whole process "a breeze." They showed us the car we were interested in, gave us a comprehensive comparison of the different models, got us a great deal and our brand new car in 3, pleasant hours. We didn't even miss a meal! :) I can't express my gratitude enough, or my change of heart in the whole experience. Without a doubt, I will be going back when our small car is ready for an upgrade!
