Living 2 hours from the dealership I could not waste time or make multiple trips. Not a problem. I did all my negotiations and financing over the phone and on-line and had my shortest visit to purchase a vehicle. It took longer to drive there than to close the deal! Chris Damon was experienced, professional and courteous . No pressure, no hassles. The dealership is huge and impressive. This was a buying experience anyone could hope for. More

Experience Like No Other I had been thinking about purchasing/leasing a new vehicle for a while. I actually leased the current vehicle in my possession from Nielsen. With my relocation to another state, where should I go I thought. There are plenty of dealerships in North Carolina, where I reside now, but I kept thinking about my last experience I had at Nielsen. I had purchased the SUV I wanted and at a price that was GREAT!!!! I decided to take the trip to Nielsen in New Jersey to purchase a vehicle....YES I said New Jersey!! When I arrived I met a salesperson named Rasheen Cobb. He was very polite and friendly. We spoke about the type of vehicles I was interested in. I looked and took a test drive on a Chrysler 200,300 and a Jeep. OMG!! I loved all three because they each had different unique features. I couldn't make up my mind. Rasheen was very patient with me and gave me so much information about all three vehicles. From our conversation, he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as I tried to make my decision. Well, I finally decided on the 2015 beautiful sleek Chrysler 300. I fell in love with the color and features. Would I recommend Nielsen you ask? You bet I will!!! More

This was very important as I work and go to school, both full time, and exams are right around the corner. Now disappointed My first experience in purchasing my Jeep was good. The sales end is always difficult but I let feeling great as I was impressed by Amanda. A few weeks later I brought a friend who ended up trading two vehicles for two Jeep products. This sale wasn't as easy but overall was fine. Two months later I bought a prowned vehicle. Not as great of an experience as the first sale but it was ok. For referring a friend I was told by Amanda that I would get a referral check. Also she said to let her know if I didn't get it. I sent emails and call after the sale of the Jeep. When I came in in Feb to buy a pre owned vehicle I informed her again of not receiving the check. It is the end of April and After more emails and calls to managers (which were never returned) . Since the beginning of March I was also trying to get the title to the pre owned vehicle. Finally in April after several emails and calls I was informed that the title was sent certified mail. I advised I never signed for it nor received and that my Jeep title was just mailed to me. I was told they were waiting for the return receipt. After two weeks I advised again for status of the title and I insisted it be reordered. I was in for service this past week and finally spoke to Rick who had not return my calls. Upon arrival the two receptionist asked me if I had an appointment to see Rick. I said no and had left him messages and had left a message of Bill, the head manager. The two ladies then ignored me. A nice man from marketing went to let Rick now I was there. I found Rick to be aloof and said he had been busy to return my calls. I had called three times over a course of a week. He went and got the check and said they would FedEx my title. He at first only gave me half of the referral amount. I have had no issues with service. I am disappointed with run around and lack of response on these two issues and should have not had to come in to have these items somewhat resolved. Not holding my breath on getting the title. I regret the positive feedback I gave after purchasing my Jeep. More
