I visited at least 5 other dealerships with varying degrees of frustration and otherwise poor service, until a friend suggested I visit Nielsen. Well I was immediately met at the door by a friendly dealer whom my son and I could have easily mistaken for a friend of the family. His name was Mark Aasum (awesome) . I have purchased many vehicles during my life on my own, with family and friends and I will tell you; I will not shop anywhere else again. Mark was professional, polite and very friendly.
