I know you have many sales associates that work for you but Lexi is a gem, she was very pleasant and patient during the whole process of purchasing the truck ( which took 2 weeks) . We must have test driven 6-7 cars before she settled on a Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Louie did an outstanding job with every ride. Bill's experience with the brand, the service history and the inventory systems helped us to narrow down the specific vehicle. Brian closed out the night with the most high tech and efficient document process I've ever seen in a dealership. With only a brief appearance from Dean the sales manager, we arrived at a great deal for both parties. While you can never just get "in and out" of a car dealership, we certainly enjoyed our time with everyone above and the numerous other sales team members we interacted with throughout the day. We would definitely buy from Nielsen again (especially if they ever build a Challenger convertible....) More

Car Purchase We walked into the Jeep Nielsen showroom with the intention to have a 'look see'. I have always driven Volvo cars so I was interested to see the Jeep We walked into the Jeep Nielsen showroom with the intention to have a 'look see'. I have always driven Volvo cars so I was interested to see the Jeep Trail Hawk. There were many sales personnel available but whilst they were friendly, none of them followed up around. Instead they gave space but we knew that there would be someone to help us. We ended up being assisted by Lexi and she was most helpful and patient. It was a busy day at the dealership (as there was some event going on that day). However, we were never made to feel rushed nor pressured. All in all, service is great here. It helps when all sales personnel are friendly especially in such a competitive field. To all at this dealership in East Hanover, THANK YOU! More
