Unsafe car sold to me I purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Chevy Cruze from there dealership trading in my 2010 Ford Focus. When I purchased it they told me the finance g I purchased a certified pre-owned 2017 Chevy Cruze from there dealership trading in my 2010 Ford Focus. When I purchased it they told me the finance guy was not in and I would have to come in another day to finish the paperwork. Well that turned into three more times to update the paperwork. The salesman told me that the car came with 2 years of oil changes, wish turned out to be not the case. About a month after buying it the car started to shimmy, several warning lights came on. I called the dealership and they told me I could not bring it back for several days. I dropped it off first thing in the morning, well it was late in the afternoon and I still was waiting to hear what was wrong with my car. I called the dealership and they told be that they would call me back soon and let me know. My guess is they didn't start it and then they brought it in after I called. Well the problem was big, the front piston was cracked and the car was considered not safe to drive. They would need to replace all the rings, rods and reassemble the motor and it would take about a week to fix. They tell me they had no loaner cars for me and that I could not go to rental car place and send them the bill cause they don't do that. I had to call back to speak to a manager in order to get a loaner. The loaner was dirty with tissues in the arm rest and boxes in the back. I get the car back, I'm driving about a month later and the check engine light goes on. I bring it back to a different dealership because I was so unhappy with Nielsen. They tell me the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. That took a day to fix. Then about a month later my car started shimmy again and the same three warning lights came on. I bring it to the second dealership and they tell me the front piston is cracked and they would have to replace the rings, rods and reassemble the motor again after the previous dealership (Nielsen) fixed previous. The car was in the shop for a little over a week again. I have owned many different cars in my life Mercedes, Ford, Saturn and this has been the worst experience in buying a car I have ever had. My previous car with 160k miles on it and less problems. I would never recommend that place to anyone. More

service department Was charged $125.00 for service department to add 1 & 1/2 qts of oil to a 2013 chev Silverado. Have a 100,000 mile warranty -they did not bother wh Was charged $125.00 for service department to add 1 & 1/2 qts of oil to a 2013 chev Silverado. Have a 100,000 mile warranty -they did not bother why with 76,000 miles truck would use 2 & 1/2 qts of oil between oil change. I added 1 qt before towing vehicle in -- said nothing wrong. I will never buy a vehicle or step foot in this dealership ever again. Could of been a little bit customer friendly. You do not just lose that much oil in the engine unless something is going on. Bought this vehicle here when it was Ayers -- much more customer friendly. Also took 1 & 1/2 days to come up that vehicle needed oil. Vehicle was tow in because oil pressure after warming up & about 15 minutes later would drop to 0 More
