Not your typical high-pressure car dealership From my initial attempt to locate & purchase a certified pre-owned Chevy Traverse, I was very impressed with the staff at Nielsen Chevy. I went online to Costco auto buy program, at 9-10 PM , and the following morning I rec'd a call from Jennifer at Nielsen getting the details of what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised when Jennifer called me the next day with an absolutely great Traverse, fully loaded and pristine. I drove 1 1/2 hrs from NY to the dealership and was greeted by Jennifer and Juan Berrios and was very much impressed by their professionalism and friendliness, so much so that I bought the vehicle and drove it home that day. Even the financing deal was exceptional. I never thought I would enjoy a car-buying experience as much as I did. I will check with Nielsen Chevy before buying any future vehicles based on this experience and feel like I have made new friend s at Nielsen. Jennifer and Juan- thanks again. More

Mike Lake did the sale and was very pleasent to deal with, he is personable and interested in getting you the car you want. another Dealer salesperson was trying to talk me into a car which i did show interest in but it turnde out that they did not have the car on premmis to look at or test drive. offered no incentives to keep me interested or try to show any other cars to me. bad bussiness if you ask me!
