I have gotten my car servived from Nielsen since I have bought my 2015 Sonic from them that year, and not only do the guys know their stuff, no matter I have gotten my car servived from Nielsen since I have bought my 2015 Sonic from them that year, and not only do the guys know their stuff, no matter the job, it is always fast, nothing takes more than an hour if it's simple, and 2 days if it's not. NIELSEN DID NONE OF THAT!!!!!! Nigel was friendly even at 8:30 pm!!! He was always welcoming and understanding. He made the car buying experience a pleasant one. They honored our loan, didn't pressure us to use their loan services, told me "no" we will not take your trade in with that funny title. Which was so nice to hear instead of being lied to! The car we wanted was on the lot, and had a clean car fax!!! To our knowledge we where not lied to once, no half truths or anything funny. I can not express how much better my experience was at Nielsen than the previous place we had been!!! I have never bought a Chevy before but if this is how the run their business they have a costumer for life. More
