My experience with my service was great. Matt was out and Amy picked up the baton. I was very happy as they were short handed but didn’t miss a beat. Great customer service, always get me in/out within a day (even for large services). I always work with Matt Jeffery and he is wonderful. I can tell he is busy because of how many people are there, but he never seems rushed and is always very attentive. He works with me when making decisions for service and tries to help me get the best deal when possible. He is an outstanding service rep, and even remembers details I mention to him, like my occupation and things about my family, so I can tell he actually knows me and I'm not just a nameless client. The only issue I had was getting the text with the recommended services, but I think that was an issue with the texting system and not because it wasn't sent. I have always received them in the past, so there is no reason why it wouldn't have gone through when Matt sent it unless there was a problem with the system. More
Dealer ship has been great. I first came to just look and then a week later contacted them regarding the vehicle I wanted. As soon as it was off the truck Jessic contacted me. The only hiccup was doing a software update. It took longer than expected because of another system change that had occurred to their overall system. This was unpredictable but if I had known sooner I would have waited a day to pick the car up. Other than that I was totally satisfied with everything that occurred. More
