Very good customer service. Unfortunately, the part required to fix my car that is under warranty is back ordered with no ship date known. It's been over a month and no call fro Unfortunately, the part required to fix my car that is under warranty is back ordered with no ship date known. It's been over a month and no call from them regarding the status. I called yesterday and was told that they don't know when my replacement steering wheel is coming in on a 2022 Tiguan R-Line that I leased brand new? The faulty sensor goes off at least 10-15 times a day while driving with a very loud ding sound that makes driving a new car less than to be desired. There is no way to turn it off and in my opinion it's something faulty like this that could cause an accident while driving. Sometimes I get a very loud ding every few seconds that lasts all day. The dealership knows this. That is my reason for 3 stars about Niello at this time. Well see when the steering wheel gets fixed. Already spoke to an attorney about the lemon law and they believe this may end up falling into this category. We'll see.... More
