Good service. Everything was done quickly and properly. My only complaint is pricing. Dealerships are 10x more likely than other shops to have parts on hand, but always charge a higher price, and that kinda sucks. Customer service was amazing though. They worked with my warranty company throughout the process and helped me get it take care of. They did drop the price for me on the warranty service, which would've been 5 stars, but it was the $164 brake flush that most shops just do as part of the brake replacement process. So all in all 700 dollars for a pair of front brakes. Yikes. But if you're gonna go into a dealership for your vw, this is definitely the one, I found their service friendly and helpful. More

Daijah did not follow through on appointment rescheduling and vehicle was left dirty inside when repairs were complete. This last time, the adjuster from the Zurich extended warranty did not agree with the diagnosis leaving me to wonder about the honesty of Niello VW’s service center. More
