My two year inspection was done perfectly from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my car at the time I expected it. I was surprised that there was no charge for replacing the cabin filter as man walked in the door until I picked up my car at the time I expected it. I was surprised that there was no charge for replacing the cabin filter as many people on the USA ID4 Facebook site indicated they had to pay to get there’s replaced. This was the most pleasant car buying experience i have ever had in my 25 years of buying new cars. Dealing with Jose was a joy. He was so easy with communication via emails and texts.
