I also assumed this process would be arduous and tedious, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was relieved to have Nathan and Carlos be flexible and honest regarding the numbers. They gave me the facts and figures, no xx, and I felt ZERO pressure. This was a huge relief and made all the difference in my experience. Lastly, I wanted to give a special thank you to Nathan. Nathan is young and recently started his career at VW as a salesman. He is articulate, caring, intelligent, and knowledgeable.
