I recently brought my car to Niello Volkswagen for service and, unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Ron, who was assisting me, initially told me that a part needed to be ordered under warran service and, unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Ron, who was assisting me, initially told me that a part needed to be ordered under warranty and that I would need to return once it arrived. However, when I came back, I learned that the part had never been ordered. To make matters worse, he then performed the repair on the spot—something he had previously said couldn’t be done. This lack of communication and transparency led to unnecessary delays and inconvenience, as I had already spent four hours at the dealership during my initial visit. I understand that things happen, but honesty and clear communication are key to a positive customer experience. I hope the dealership can work on improving these aspects to ensure smoother service for future customers. More

Nathan and Carlos made my car-buying process a breeze! !! To be candid, I held preconceived notions when I walked into the dealership, and therefore, I was prepared to stand my ground if a salesperson tri !! I also assumed this process would be arduous and tedious, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was relieved to have Nathan and Carlos be flexible and honest regarding the numbers. They gave me the facts and figures, no xx, and I felt ZERO pressure. This was a huge relief and made all the difference in my experience. Lastly, I wanted to give a special thank you to Nathan. Nathan is young and recently started his career at VW as a salesman. He is articulate, caring, intelligent, and knowledgeable. Niello VW is very fortunate to have Nathan on its team; finding talented employees like him is few and far between. I hope that Niello recognizes Nathan's talent and that he is a valued member of their team. I highly recommend Niello to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle. In the past every other dealer I have sent car for service they return it after washing and complete vacuum inside. This wasn’t the case here.
