We have been buying cars there since 2017. We get our service done there. Never had a breakdown except for a dead battery. They keep our cars working properly. I have had nothing but problems trying to schedule service appointment since I started leasing this vehicle. This past service appointment was especially difficult because I showed up a month or so ag service appointment since I started leasing this vehicle. This past service appointment was especially difficult because I showed up a month or so ago and there was no vehicle for me even though I called to make the appointment specifically, making sure they knew I would need a vehicle in order to leave my vehicle there. I ended up having to reschedule to which I still did not get a call back to verify whether or not there was a vehicle until it was too late. Travis was wonderful, everything scheduled and taken care of. However, when I picked my vehicle up yesterday at 4 PM the air conditioning is no longer working. There was nothing wrong with the air conditioning when I dropped off the vehicle. More
