It was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had MANY. I drove down to Sacramento this week to have my Cooper serviced and had the pleasure of dealing with Hans Dinse, my Service Adviser. He really knows his stuff and is just incredibly accommodating. I was in and out in record time and able to return to Eureka the same day. Kevin Powell is the Manager of Niello Mini and there's no finer person to deal with. I'm loving my Cooper S more and more every day and I can see my future with this little beast is going to be promising. Thanks, Kevin and Hans!!!! More

Outstanding service I had to have my BMW towed from the freeway to the nearest BMW dealership. My car was towed to Niello BMW in Sacramento. I don't usually have my car serviced at this service center, so I was nervous about how I would be treated and what kind of service repair I would receive. I shouldn't have worried. I received outstanding service! My car was repaired the next day, for less than I was originally quoted. My service tech was Jeff Hanks and he did an exceptional job. Jeff kept me informed of what needed to be repaired, the cost, and the time frame for the repair, even asking me if he needed to send a shuttle to get me to pick up the car! Monique, the cashier, helped me the evening before when I dropped the key to my car off, and remembered me the next day. BMW always gives exceptional service, but this was even better than the norm! More

Mini is on a whole new level and Niello in particular. I suppose it helps that their cars sell themselves, but employees all having a good time, engaged, genuine, no pressure, yet STILLL getting their work done. Go figure. We bought our new Mini about a year ago from a dynamite salesman Chris Padilla. My wife has been back a couple of times for routine service but has not run into Chris. Today we went back again for oil change etc, and Chris remembered us immediately. Hard to believe. We struck up conversation straight away. Half the time it had nothing to do with cars, but life, family, general interests. It was not about the pursuit of another sale today, he knew we were not buying a car he just couldn't restrain himself about some of the new models. Totally enthusiastic. A good sales tactic???...probably in part, but he, and in fact the whole sales staff are just amped up about all the techy stuff, gadgets, styles, performance etc. A lot of fun being there today. By creating a unique culture of total auto enthusiasts, Niello has set the bar high. All of this would be of no value if the product didn't work... Cha Vang is our service advisor at Niello Mini and he is ABSOLUTELY the best. He truly has the customers best interest at heart and uses common sense to resolve any service issues or conflicts we had with s ABSOLUTELY the best. And here is the best part ... we bought the car used from another Mini dealer, and Niello still treated us like we were a very special customer. Hans is the service manager and he also took GREAT care of us. I feel like we have a relationship with Niello Mini and that relationship is valued. YES 5 stars - Buy a car from the Niello !!! and even if you did not buy the car from them ... take it in for service and get real, honest, common sense customer care. Thanks Cha and Hans ... Everytime I have dropped my car off for main This is strictly regarding the Service Dept. I am completely satisfied with Niello BMW's Service Dept. Everytime I have dropped my car off for maintenance service or repair, they have done a great job and helped the best they could. I have taken my Z4 twice for oil changes, once covered under BMW maintenance ($0 out of my pocket) once for $90 with coupon on their website. They do the usual inspection, top fluids (I think), fill tire pressure, and wash the car free. I also took it for some oil leaking once, headlamps not aligned, and brake rotor issues. All were fixed under warranty (certified pre-owned), sometimes free, sometimes $50 copay. Though their service is a bit slow (2hr+ oil changes), service once took 5 days to diagnose a problem, I don't mind as they provide a loaner if booked in advance, and I'd rather have the job done right than to have to keep coming back. I've been going to Chris for 2 years now and wish I could still go to him but I'm moving out of Sac. Hopefully I'll find another good BMW dealer like this. More
