Went to this dealer a few weeks ago looking to buy a used mini. I saw one online and went in to take a look at it. I had cash in hand, although I am only 19. I was approached by a salesman and chatted him up mini. I saw one online and went in to take a look at it. I had cash in hand, although I am only 19. I was approached by a salesman and chatted him up about the car and other stuff, what I was looking for, why, etc. I explained to him I had the money, and would be buying a mini by Friday (it was a wednesday afternoon). He didn't seem very interested but I stayed and kept asking about the car, its options, etc. He took me inside and printed out the ad, and the carfax for it along with his card. He handed it to me, shook my hand and said have a nice day and walked away. All of this happening in probably less than 5 total minutes after I entered the property. I could not believe it. $20,000 in hand and he completely blew me off. I promptly turned around, took another quick look at the car and when I went to leave he was greeting another customer. Absolutely unbelievable, I explained to him in the next week I was buying a mini, and he said have a nice day and moved on. I will NEVER be returning to this dealership, and will NEVER recommend anyone else to this dealership in the future. I found a used one at Concord Acura and was driving my mini saturday morning.
