Love my new Mini Creed was very helpful on the busy Saturday afternoon that we arrived without an appointment. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to approach us but it was due to how busy it was Memorial Day weekend. No fault to Creed there. He let us test drive several vehicles my husband and I both and we made our choice. Creed tried to get a good offer for my 2007 Camry and it was horrible but again no fault to him so we ended up keeping it and will try and sell ourselves. Creed was friendly and very knowledgeable about each of the cars we drove and based on our needs he suggested which models would be best. I went in thinking I'd get a countryman and ended up leaving with a 4 door hard top. That was great customer service on his part. More
