Bad Service When I arrived to the Fulton Avenue location I was not greeted professionally. The advisor Kerry Saunders did not treat me with courtesy or respect. When I spoke to explain my concern about my vehicle he interrupted me and said I'm not your advisor. Technically, he was for the day I came in because I received a email saying he was. He said sit in the lobby I will get to you with a careless rude tone of voice. I noticed when he finally talked to me about my vehicle concern, he told me I need to discuss this with another service advisor named Joe. This visit was totally unprofessional and disorganized. The loaner vehicle was dirty inside and out.i was not offered for it to be cleaned out. I ask and this guy named Chad said employees there are too busy to clean it. I felt like treatment was rude and careless. More

Contacted Niello re several CPO cars I liked in their inventory. I came by and was warmly welcomed and they had staged the cars in front like I was important to them. I purchased the CPO car from them and they made it easy and were fast to deliver. I will definitively come back when it is time to upgrade! More

Great Service When I Just Popped In Late on a Saturday evening, I called about a car I had my eye on and spoke with Joseph. He confirmed the car had been sold. He said there was a comparable car and asked if he could send me the link. He explained they had just received the car, so there were presently no pictures. With my permission, he immediately sent the link so I could at least review the specs. As of Sunday, there were still no pics, so my husband and I, with our 8 year old in tow, decided to pop in to take a look. Even though Joseph was not expecting us and the car was not ready for showing, Joseph and Brandon immediately got things moving. Within a reasonable time, I was able to see the car and test drive it. Joseph then got things moving along so we could make a deal. While the process took quite awhile, this was mostly due to me not giving them a heads up that I was coming in and wanting to view a car that was not ready to be viewed. However, Joseph and Brandon were constantly working with us, and during the times we had to wait, they were constantly letting us know what was going on. At one point, Joseph, who had gone to find the car, even called me to let me know the car was getting a quick wash so they could bring it out to me. I sincerely appreciate the good attitudes and work ethic shown by Joseph and Brandon, especially when my husband and I made it known that we were not the happiest consumers due to a deal that had fallen through at another dealership just the day before. We explained what had happened and how much of our time had been wasted, and Joseph took this to heart and really tried to make up for another dealership's folly. They also happily engaged with a very bored and antsy 8 year old who rearranged all their literature in the waiting area, among other things. I would recommend buying a car through Joseph to anyone. He was tolerant of grouchy customers (due to nothing he had done), attentive, and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. More

All diagnoses and I had really bad experiences with my advisor named Jeremy. My car was under warranty but he consistently wanted me to pay for them. All diagnoses and the propose repairs that he said need to be paid by me. He said the reasons were I used aftermarket part and did installation improperly. I denied noticing him I wanted further diagnose. BMW had to take out the parts to prove his points. 2 days later he came up with different stories. Rain sensor went off, and BMW did installation wrong. Therefore, they would take care of the bill. But the headaches had not been done yet. When I checked out my car, cashier asked me to pay for them again, based on his papers??? ?Another problem with him is honesty. If he said calling you back, rarely he kept that promise. ?Besides, it took too long for the repairs; he explained BMW service protocol has to diagnose-waiting order part- and repair one issue at the time, before move to the next issue. Also, my car did not get wash/clean after they finished the fix. Do not believe that is BMW services. ?This is my second BMW car. The fact is both cars are excellent but second car services are very bad. Never, never come back to this BMW Niello, and never never be in touch with them in anyway. More
