My wife called you and talked with you but you did not seem to know what was going on. Bob has lost our trust since the incident where he stated we should replace the brakes but then said something else when confronted. When the car was under expensive car warranty it was within limits and Bob did not want to service the brakes. But when we went in for an annual service he stated we needed to replace it. My wife barely drove the car since warranty expired. So all of sudden it requires replacement? So when confronted, he stated oh I didn’t mean now but maybe next year! This is not a good way to earn trust in one’s customers. This is unscrupulous and what one’s fears when going to a dealership for service. I thought BMW and Niello was better than that! Guess not! Now I question other service or repair recommendations my wife came back to me with in the past! Something needs to be done.
