Geoff was great! I’ve been looking for the right car for a couple months and had settled in a car. I set an appointment to see a car. When I arrived I was welcomed by kind people. The problem I had was that the salesman, despite me setting an appointment to see this specific car, di When I arrived I was welcomed by kind people. The problem I had was that the salesman, despite me setting an appointment to see this specific car, didn’t know much about it. I had to google most of the features and even then had a hard time. It’s a bummer that even after making it convenient to show the car by setting a date and time to see it that no one was prepped on showing it. I even had to google how to open the sun roof lol. (My last car was an oldie so I admittedly know nothing about the newer cars) There was also tons of finger prints in the car and it needed a vacuum. All that aside it’s not a big deal at all. Just not the best experience. What bothers me is that I asked when the car was last maintenance and I was assured it was just a few months prior but no other details were mentioned. I purchased the car to come and find out that my car is due for maintenance 3 days later. Surprise. Over all the people were nice but there’s no point in setting appointments to see a car and always make sure they are transparent with how much you’ll have to shell out on maintenance immediately after purchasing. More
