My ‘check engine’ light came on at 9:00am. I called Niello BMW Elk Grove at 9:30am and was able to drop off my car at 10:30am, and get a loaner car for the weekend. Normally I put visits to a car dealerships and dentists in the same category. My recent experience with Jas Hira has changed that! I found a vehicle online, out of state and contacted the dealership. The sales and buying process were super easy, the salesman, Quentonn, was available at our agreed upon appointment time, he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and very helpful in demonstrating salesman, Quentonn, was available at our agreed upon appointment time, he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and very helpful in demonstrating all of the features and what not. The paperwork piece was easy. I think I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. There was a minor hiccup with one of the vehicle keys, but the dealer quickly made the situation right, as all great customer service forward organizations do :-) More
