I typically dread having to go into a car dealership for a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days a a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days ago. Let me tell you what, I honestly don’t know where to begin to explain on how GREAT of an experience I had here at Niello! From start to finish, it was a fast and friendly experience, that I can honestly say I have never experienced anywhere else before, EVER! Communication was outstanding. I didn’t get low balled for my trade in like other places. I was treated with respect and dignity, (which I know many of you reading this have experienced the exact opposite elsewhere). I drove almost 100 miles to make the deal. They held the vehicle for me, ended up getting me a better deal than their in house financing offered, and I was able to leave with the vehicle, as well as scheduled maintenance, premium extended warranty, AND gap insurance. Ozzie was a blast to deal with. We shared stories with each other which was cool, and every single person I interacted with there (forgive me for forgetting their names), was very much an experience that I enjoyed.
