Dan and Niello aren’t aggressive or proactive in care maintenance. The do only what’s necessary and sometime not even that if they find it covered under warranty. A year ago they thought my coolant was leaking , gave me a estimate- then said it may be under warranty and they didn’t feel it needed to be addressed because another tech said he didn’t see a leak. When I brought it back when my coolant light came on, I was told they couldn’t tell if it was leaking cuz they never cleaned off the sediment around the tubing last visit . Answer- “ just keep an eye on it”. More
