I avoided buying a new car for several years because previous dealership experiences were painful, with long waits and lots of games. Stan and Niello have completely changed my view of the car buying experience. Stan was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and patient from the first time I stopped in to test drive the car and I bought it several weeks later. I never felt any pressure with Stan -- the relationship was more like having a trusted advisor or friend help me make the decision that was right for me. The buying experience was so simple - four texts negotiated a fair price on a Friday night and it took about an hour on Saturday morning to buy the car! It actually took longer for Stan to deliver the car to my wife and me after we signed the papers! Kudos also to Nicole in Finance. I have since had two service appointments, and my experience with David and Eric and the rest of the Service staff has been just as exceptional. I should also add that the dealership itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained and everyone is also friendly and helpful. The Niello folks have all the big stuff and details nailed down. Bottom line, this is my first Audi and the first German car I have owned since 1989, but after this experience I am a dedicated Audi owner and Niello fan. When the time comes to replace my S5, I will be driving straight into Niello and asking for Stan Barney! Thanks Stan and everyone at Niello for a fantastic experience! More
Doesn't care customer services I scheduled routine services at this dealer through their web site recently. As the web site stated that free shuttle services provided for customer I scheduled routine services at this dealer through their web site recently. As the web site stated that free shuttle services provided for customer within 40 miles from the dealer location, booking of the shuttle services was also placed. On scheduled date, after check in, we were declined to have the shuttle services as the destination was 23 miles away and was considered too far. That obviously mismatches what web site stated and deceives customers. This dealer doesn't care customer's need and concerns. More

Kyle Reid was the salesperson that helped us with the whole transaction, he was very courteous and helpful. As the transaction progressed Bob Nelson the sales manager joined us, a very worm and pleasant person. From that point on we were sold on the A3, the new member of the Audi Family. Niello Audi did not disclose previous service records showing tires having burn marks and brakes, rotors, calipers being replaced at 1552 miles. Service notes went on to state that appeared as if car was driven on a track. Most llikely car was abused with burnouts and launch mode starts that Niello Audi hid from me. The service report was mailed to me 2 weeks after purchase of car. Niello Audi dealer said car only had routine maintance due to being over a year old. This kind of deceipt is unacceptable. More

When i brought the car to the Niello dealership they told me that they don't deal with salvage cars and send me to another audi dealer who told me the same thing. I know that should be solution from this situation, but i just want to point that i received absolutely unprofessional service from tech guys in Niello Audi dealership. More

This was the 2nd car I've bought from a Niello dealership. Both experiences have been stellar. I love my new Audi and the service from start to finish couldn't have been more perfect. My previous car was a BMW-M3 and I wasn't totally sure what I wanted as a replacement. Rob Davis helped me weigh the "pros and cons" and I am extremely happy with the choice I made. Rob found the Audi-S5 in the color, with the interior and options I wanted, and had it ready for me to pick up in a flash. I was pressed for time 2 days later when I actually purchased my car. Steve Townsley had everything processed like clockwork. I appreciate their product knowledge and friendly services more than they know! Additionally, I had some extra items installed about 3 weeks after purchase. Niello Audi's Service department was just as wonderful and considerate. Erik Carr couldn't have made anything more convenient for me. Niello has a fan in me and I recommend them to others all the time. More
I own a Lincoln, a new Ford F150, an '08 Audi TT and an Audi Q7 4.2. I drive 20mi. to get my Ford & Lincoln serviced, but I drive 60mi. 1-way to get my Audi serviced. To me having my cars fixed right the 1st time is extremely important to me, also I'm very particular and not a very patient customer. Niello Audi has a state-of-the-art, totally brand new facility, with the most high-tech and modern equipment available. Even Audi passes up several closer dealers to bring their 'Driving-Experience' & 'Racing-Experience' vehicles at Sonoma County's Infineon Raceway to Niello Audi for service and repair. Niello Audi's tecnicians are top-notch and highly rated, but best of all John Garcia, my service advisor, is the best in the business. It's easy to see why he's consistently rated amoungst the top Service Advisors in Audi's Western Region. He's highly professional, very knowledgeable, totally committed to the brand and extremely passionate about his job. He's also very personnable with great follow-up and follow-thru on his committments. Oh BTW, I agree with the previous review, that Scott Bunker is very good as well, 2nd only to John Garcia. If John's not aroung, Scott is the only other advisor I will deal with, he's young and got a lot of growing room left. LOOK-OUT John, that Scott kid is gunnin for you, and he's really packin! Take my word for it, if you own an Audi and you're fanatical about your cars, and want exemplary service + superior attention, Niello Audi is worth the drive. I'd gladly drive double the distance for the quality service they provide. More
This dealer is absolutely spectacular! It is the newest Audi dealer and service facility in the area, maybe even in Northern CA, and wow does it show. Not only do they have the largest selection of new and Audi dealer and service facility in the area, maybe even in Northern CA, and wow does it show. Not only do they have the largest selection of new and used Audi's in the region, but they are the official dealer that services ALL of the Audis used in the Audi driving experience in the bay area, these include RS4s, S5s, R8s, and even the new R8 V10 (They got 10 of these before the MSRP was even announced to the public!!!). I only schedule service through Scott Bunker in the service department as he makes sure my Audis are in perfect condition when they are returned to me. I have an A8 4.2 and an A6 4.2 and have had no issues where the dealer could not address the problem in a quick and timely manner. I would say the only con about the dealer is that some repairs/services can take a few days to take care of, but the bottom line is that everything will be taken care of the first time. They offer loaner cars free of charge and they are all new Audis (some with less than 1,000 miles), I have had A3s, A4s, and Q7s, all of which had several options installed (nav, leather, heated seats ect) which I find extremely unusual for a dealership to have. Not only is Scott (and the dealer) great at repairing warranty issues with no problems ever, but they will pick up on small things that most people may have overlooked and have those replaced at the same time. I pointed out these small cracks/creases in the leather door panel in my drivers side door on my A6 and not only did he agree to fix it, but he had an entirely new door panel shipped directly from the factory in Germany. If this is not the definition of a great dealership and spectacular service consultant, then I don't know what is. If you are very particular about your Audi and only want the best care around, I HIGHLY suggest Niello Audi. And from what I have heard the they offer great pricing on their cars, and have hands down the best inventory around. More
Bad service, took 10 days to do a transmission oil change for $530 on my A6 4.2. Didn't fill it up all the way, 3 QTs short, still got the xxxxx to tell me somthing wrong with the tranny and need to take it for $530 on my A6 4.2. BS.<br>Took the car to 16th and T, Paul the owner take care of the problem with 3 qts of oil. <br>Stay away from them VW and Audi. More
