The service agent was excellent. I came without an appointment and he explained the down side but gave me several options and recommendations. Glad I followed his recommendations. I waited about 15 minutes once they opened and was out the door about a hour later. I was prepared to wait 3-4 hours on a Saturday without an appointment. This is because I know if there was a chance. NELLIO Audi would make it happen for their customers. More
