We usually get great service from Niello, but this time, it wasn't so great. After getting an oil change/routine inspection and buying over a thousand dollars of new tires, they weren't installed correctly it wasn't so great. After getting an oil change/routine inspection and buying over a thousand dollars of new tires, they weren't installed correctly (something to do with the valve stem sensor) and I had a flat tire the next morning. Very frustrating, since I had a day full of plans. I wasn't sure we'd even be able to drive it back to the dealership, but my husband pumped it up, then crossed his fingers he'd make it back to Niello. A very nice tech named Brian figured out what was done wrong and fixed it, checking all 4 tires; but it was another half day at the dealership for something that should have been done right in the first place. More
With the several emails sent for a service appointment, follow-up on confirming the appointment, checking to see how the appointment was, and even a one-page copy of the receipt sent by email (with no deta follow-up on confirming the appointment, checking to see how the appointment was, and even a one-page copy of the receipt sent by email (with no detail at all), why not automatically follow with an email copy of the full service receipt. That would be very helpful, as many people save things electronically these days (or want paper and a PDF). I always have to ask for one later or scan it myself. I couldn't find a way to access it on the website either, which would be fine, I'd be glad to pull a copy that way myself. Thank you! All else was great. More
