Chris Logan from the service department was GREAT. In addition the time frame from start to finish was clearly indicated, Other routine maintenances were discussed and also done in a timely manner. After the work was completed Chris thoroughly went through pages of the report showing the good things, the no bass and the no uglies. Yeah! He even assisted me in re-selecting my favorite radio stations! Super guy and a pleasure to work with. Another gentleman seated in front of the waiting room helped me with the coffee machine (it wasn’t working). Many thanks to him, too. Even though he said “I don’t even drink coffee.” He has special skills, give him a raise!! More
