I purchased a used 2005 Acura RL almost 8 months ago from this dealership with brand new tires. When I had a problem this morning with one of the tires (my fault), they went the extra mile in taking care of this dealership with brand new tires. I had a major service with a belt replacement. The belts might have been overtightened? but I have very high mileage on my car (360,000 at the time of writting) regardless I snapped a belt on the way home ( might have been overtightened? but I have very high mileage on my car (360,000 at the time of writting) regardless I snapped a belt on the way home (the A/C belt). I called the dealer and talked with Larry the service manager, he offered to have a technician drive 60 miles to my place of work the next morning to fix it, exceptional service. Turns out it was a bearing in the pulley that died this caused the belt to snap. Niello took care of the belt issue and let me use a loaner, everything was no charge. I am very happy with Niello Acura and am planning to buy a new TL from them in the spring. More
