Great job as usual. I have had 2 Acura's in 33 years. I had my Legend for 14 years, 214K miles and I still sold it for $4300. I looks great and runs well. I hope to keep it for at least a few more years. I am driving a lot less these days. Since you moved from Madison Ave. it is harder for me to schedule the time to sit in the waiting room while waiting for service. I made a few calls since I was surprised to hear the price of oil changes has gone up so much. I concluded that if I was going to pay the same price for the oil change I wanted to have a nice waiting room and I get a car wash I picked you!!! Appt 5/23/23 was very disappointing to brake inspection. Actual report ending to me was incomplete documentation. On 6/5/23i had a recent second brake inspection elsewhere and documented as front pads at 10mm, rear pads at 6-7mm. I plan to make contact w/mgr at Roseville Niello Acura On 4/27/23 visit battery failed inspection was replaced. I had battery replaced 5/13/20.Per my file. It seems I should have not paid for battery on 4/27/23. I asked service advisor to research prior work order history for prior battery replacement and he stated he found nothing. Anna Hernandez More

Acura used to be a great place to take my car for service. All new staff, and the customer service crashed and burned since my last visit approximately one year ago. Things sure were different not service. All new staff, and the customer service crashed and burned since my last visit approximately one year ago. Things sure were different not that long ago. I will mention the two people left that I've worked with in the past that were really great to work with and always communicated well. Chandra Rosales and Gary Smedstad. I understand that it gets hectic there, and although I did initially authorize the work on the vehicle, I never received the call back that I requested before the work was started on the car. I only received a call once the work was done and the prior request wasn't even acknowledged (even if to say sorry we didn'tget back to you before the work on the vehicle was performed). I was always able to obtain a loaner vehicle in the past regardless of the service that was being performed on the vehicle, but was told that due to the service that was being performed I would not be eligible to get a loaner vehicle. Also, I was told my car would be washed and it wasn't. I understand that the wash is a courtesy but I was told it would happen and it was returned unwashed. Overall, the most disappointing experience I've ever had with service at this location. More
