Good Service Dept. The service advisor was prompt, work on the car (rear brakes replaced) was completed on time . This was overall a very good experience. When I arrived, I had to wait 25 minutes to check in my vehicle (I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes before at this dealership for a servic When I arrived, I had to wait 25 minutes to check in my vehicle (I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes before at this dealership for a service appointment). They communicated that they were short handed to explain the delay. Once I began check-in with Gary, he apologized and did everything he could to make up for the delay (I was trying to get to work). He also offered me a loaner car since he expected the repair diagnosis would take several hours and I live 90 miles away - it made my day so much better. It turned out there were numerous significant repairs to be made - I really like getting the text to a site which detailed the repairs and allowed me to approve them individually. Gary called me personally at the end of the day to tell me they would need to keep the car another day - luckily I had the loaner car and could just head home without any inconvenience. Overall, this was a great customer service experience and so far my MDX is running so much better than when I brought it in. I checked out with Robert two days later and he was great at communicating and explained all the repairs in detail before I left. More
