My husband and I were looking for a crossover SUV. We started out at Ford and Toyota in the Roseville auto mall. After wasting 4.5 hours of our life dealing with gimics and typical sales tactics we left. All we wanted to do was test drive a couple cars and find out their specials. Our last stop was Niello Acura, and we are sure glad it was. Not only did we get treated like adults, we received a level of service you would never come to expect during a car buying experience. Before we went down we spoke with Denise letting her know we were interested in a used MDX. When we walked in the door she immediately greeted us and had a list of available vehicles matching our needs and wants. We walked right out to the used car section, no walking in circles looking for cars, they were all right there. We found the perfect car that had everything we wanted within our budget. Of course, like everywhere else we wanted to drive it. While waiting for Denise to pull the car around the manager made a point to walk out of his office to talk to us about our daughter and we had a genuine conversation about our growing famlies. Since we had our 20 month old daughter with us, Denise took time for both my husband and I to not only drive the car seperately, but to show us several features along the way...no rush, she genuinely wanted us to learn everything about the car. She did this twice while me and my husband took turns entertaining our daughter. Once we finished the test drive she simply asked us what we would like to do. She gave me and my husband the space to discuss our day and evaluate what we wanted to do without hovering over our shoulder. Once we decided we loved the car and wanted to purchase it she said ok, let's get started. This was 8:00pm at night and the dealership was closed. We said we know your done for the night, we can come back. Denise said no way, we are here. In most cases you would think of course, they want to sell a car, but no, they were all there to walk us through the process including the store manager and finance manager. As for the negotiating back and forth, there was no need. Their used Acuras were priced so well that we didn't need to haggle over the price. I ran the blue book pricing on our choosen car and their price was lower than the blue book price, and that is not to mention it was a certified pre-owned. So, after getting everything squared away, financing approved (at 9:30pm at night) we were off to learn more about our car (there was someone ahead of us in finance). Denise again took her time showing us even more features. By the time we got into finance and got everything signed it was almost 11:30pm. I think we would have been done sooner, however we were trailing another couple. After all that and keeping everyone there so late we go to get into the new car to leave and my husband notices one of the head lights was out. They felt terrible!!! Of course they couldn't let us leave with the car (we were bummed), but they offered us a loaner first thing in the AM and would get the car fixed ASAP Monday. After all that we were sitting home on Sunday morning and received a call from Brian, the finance manager. He had good news for us, he said he did some more looking around with credit unions and found an even better rate for us. Not only that the credit union was offering a special interest rate for adding the inside and out protection package which even with that, lowered our payment. Keep in mind, we were done, papers signed and out the door. They went above and beyond to make sure we received the best deal. Incredible!!! Not only did we get a great car, for a great value, but we received service above and beyond our expectations. If you are looking for an Acura, I couldn't recommend a better dealer. More
I would recommend Niello Acura without reservation. I recently leased my third Acura from Niello and, just like the previous times, my experience could not have been better. Every person with whom I inte recently leased my third Acura from Niello and, just like the previous times, my experience could not have been better. Every person with whom I interacted - from the receptionist to the sales representative to the service technician to the manager - was pleasant and helpful. It is clear that customer service is the top priority. Staff followed up with me to make sure all my needs were met satisfactorily and they were diligent in addressing every issue. I have referred friends to Niello and at least two have subsequently purchased Acuras. I fully expect my next car to be from Niello Acura as well. More

Once you purchase your vehical good luck getting any help or service. Or even finding someone that cares to listen to you. I was treated well until I purchased the car, and then was treated very disrespectfu or service. Or even finding someone that cares to listen to you. I had a major service with a belt replacement. The belts might have been overtightened? but I have very high mileage on my car (360,000 at the time of writting) regardless I snapped a belt on the way home ( might have been overtightened? but I have very high mileage on my car (360,000 at the time of writting) regardless I snapped a belt on the way home (the A/C belt). I called the dealer and talked with Larry the service manager, he offered to have a technician drive 60 miles to my place of work the next morning to fix it, exceptional service. Turns out it was a bearing in the pulley that died this caused the belt to snap. Niello took care of the belt issue and let me use a loaner, everything was no charge. I am very happy with Niello Acura and am planning to buy a new TL from them in the spring. More
