Denise Velez was awesome! She exemplifies the qualities most people would appreciate in a sales professional. She was very friendly, personable, down-to-earth, and honest. At this point, I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. And, so far the used 2010 TSX I purchased is running pretty well, and I truly believe I received a fair deal. Denise could work anywhere in the car sales industry, because her professionalism and knowledge are very evident. This is what I look for in a salesperson, because it is very important that I be able to go back to the same person in the future and feel confident. Denise also stressed that she is always looking for repeat sales, and that if I have any problems at all with my car, I should feel free to call her. And, each time I have called her with questions, she has been very responsive and helpful. I have rarely experienced or heard of this type of excellent service in the past, especially involving used car sales. Although I have not had to purchase a used car before, I recommend Niello and Denise! I would also like to compliment the finance manager who kept the dealership open late that night to find the best possible deal and car for me. I am extremely happy so far. Thank you. Overall, I would rate my experience with Niello Acura as favorable. I have faith that their culture of excellent customer service will continue in the years to come. As of today, they did not disappoint me, especially in this tough economy. Hopefully when the economy starts to improve, I can return and feel confident that they are on my side. More

I liked how they honored the ticket price in the car even though it was listed for more online. They provided us with as much time as we needed and was not pushy. We bought a 2012 Acura MDX from Aaron Peterson at Niello Acura and I couldn't be happier :) Aaron was wonderful. He was very helpful and professional and was very knowledgable about the car. Niello Acura has all the qualities I look for in a new car dealer: modern up-to-date, well-lighted showroom, comfortable and clean customer lounge, multiple service advisors to reduce wait times, friendly car dealer: modern up-to-date, well-lighted showroom, comfortable and clean customer lounge, multiple service advisors to reduce wait times, friendly, informative parts department, and a good, versatile inventory of new Acuras. The deal is fair. (No one is going to give away a hot, new product.) But what sets Niello Acura apart from other dealers is Denise Velez. Because my local Stockton Acura dealer was unable or unwilling to locate the car that I wanted, I did an Internet search for a 2013 Acura RDX AWD with Tech Pkg in a particular color combination. I called 5 dealers before contacting Niello Acura. And when I did, it was my good fortune to be connected with Denise Velez. Immediately we connected over the telephone. She knew her current inventory and what was coming in during the month of June. She told me that she had a car that I wanted arriving the first week in June, and invited me to come up and put my name on that car. I told her that I would consider it. To my amazement, she called me back within the hour and told me that the car I wanted was being unloaded off the truck as we spoke. It had arrived a week earlier than expected. We arranged to meet the next day. Denise called me the next morning. Her friendliness, enthusiasm and follow-up made up mind for me. I drove from Stockton to Sacramento that afternoon. She met my wife and me as we walked into the dealership, and immediately took us to the car, and out for a test drive. She was wonderful in explaining the many features of the RDX to us. She shepherded us through the purchase and has given us total support and follow through ever since. Denise is unique and simply wonderful! Elizabeth Garcia, Finance Manager, also deserves mention. She was friendly, low-key, efficient and knowledgable. More
I purchased my 2009 Acura TL on May 27th from Kevin Powell. Kevin was great. He treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable and a great change of pace from the sales guys I am used to from other Powell. Kevin was great. I was on a time crunch due to a birthday I was attending that day and Kevin worked extremely hard and fast (literally running from office to office) to make sure I was not late for the party. I appreciated him and Brian for speeding it up or me and when we couldn't finish he deal in time they let me take it as a loaner to show my family. They took care of me and Niello has been great following up with me. Now, everyone who compliments me on my new car I tell them to go see Kevin at Niello and get one just like it. Thanks Kevin More
