We went in for a test drive one weekday evening and returned on a Sunday to negotiate a deal. I had done considerable research on the vehicle, availability and pricing. I explained from the beginning that we would NOT play games and go back and forth over pricing. They did exactly as we asked AND gave us a very good and fair price on both the new vehicle and the trade-in.Denise Velez was our salesperson and she worked very hard to get us a good deal and to expedite the process. She spent considerable time in going over all the features of the vehicle. She is an extremely knowledgeable and above all a very nice person. The entire process to include the document processing to delivery was GREAT!! Acura has come up with a WINNER for this vehicle and Niello Acura is to be commended on the friendliness and caring attitude of all their people. More
