I went into Acura prepared to be ambushed and overwhelmed by sales people but that was not the case at all! My experience was the exact opposite! She always sent mails overnight, even included reply envelope with overnight postage. This is the first time I bought a car online without seeing it first. I was a little anxious at the beginning.
