When looking for a new or used vehicle, look no further than Niello Dealerships. A friend recommended we check their website for a quality used car and as it turned out they were right. If you find something you like, don’t bother with emailing through the site. Go in and see the sales team, there is no pressure and the vehicle will be as nice as it appears online. We went to Niello Acura and were immediately greeted by Chris Knutsen, Sales Consultant and Mary Alouf, Sales Advisor. They showed us the vehicle we saw online and gave us time alone to look it over. After viewing it they answered all our questions and at no point did they try to persuade us to buy it. We reached an agreement on the purchase and followed up with a test drive; it drove as nice as it appeared. Upon returning to the dealership, we were served bottled waters and coffee and they had us in and out in no time. The best part was Mary and Chris treated us like we were purchasing a new luxury vehicle. These days there are plenty of dealerships to purchase a car but very few with quality service. It has been two weeks since our purchase from Niello and Mary’s follow up been great. Thanks, Barry More

My experience at Niello Acura was outstanding! Kevin was so amazing, causing the least amount of stress for us while we purchased our new 2013 Acura ILX. He catered to our needs of the exact color (interior so amazing, causing the least amount of stress for us while we purchased our new 2013 Acura ILX. He catered to our needs of the exact color (interior, and exterior) as well as making sure we were always happy and satisfied. Kevin always kept us laughing with numerous amounts of jokes and making us feel more like friends, than just another customer. This was the second car that my dad purchased from Niello Acura and again, was not disappointed with the great customer service.
