Service Experience Update My 2014 MDX had 37K miles when I started experiencing stuttering when I accelerated from a start, up an incline. Since I had an extended warranty, I My 2014 MDX had 37K miles when I started experiencing stuttering when I accelerated from a start, up an incline. Since I had an extended warranty, I took my vehicle in to Niello Acura for service. After the first attempt to resolve the problem via software update, my MDX still stuttered and it was getting worse. I made another appointment with Niello Service, but this time we started with a technician ride along. Right away the technician felt the stuttering and he even knew of a very recent maintenance notification that recommended replacing the torque converter fluid. This service was performed and the problem was resolved. In talking with the Niello Service Manager, Chuck, he indicated that the fluid replacement was only a temporary fix while Acura addressed the real issue in another software update. Although I'm anxiously waiting for this software change, the issue with my MDX did allow me to work with the Niello Service team, which I found to be very knowledgeable and professional. More

In the past we have owned an Acura Legend, 3.5 Rl, ZDX and My new 2017 RDX is total Luxury and Safety. Love all the new technology and only by Acura. I dealt with a Roger, Brian, Brian, and the Manager. I got preapproved before going in. We were unable to use that preapproval, so Brian went and found another lender. He got me a way better offer. It took about 4 hours. These guys and Cammie were awesome. I got what I wanted at a great price. Its been 15 years since I have dealt with a car dealership and this one was a great experience. Brian Powers: Niello Acura Sales Rep I am in the market to buy a new car and I had some questions that I wanted to ask. I just wanted some simple questions to be answered like when is the I am in the market to buy a new car and I had some questions that I wanted to ask. I just wanted some simple questions to be answered like when is the Acura graduate program expire? I had the unfortunate time of speaking with Brian Powers who made it more complicated than it is. He kept asking for questions after questions going off on my initial question. So now it's been a day and still didn't get my question answered. I decided to talk to Elk Grove Acura instead and my question was quickly answered. I have a scheduled test drive this Sunday with them. Will also be negotiating with EG Acura for my first brand new car. If they can't satisfy me, I may go back to Niello but definitely will be avoiding Brian Powers. More

Sitting there for hours while he or she is going back and forth to their manager with another proposal. Not the case with Brian, he is a true professional. There was no haggling over price because he gave us exactly what we were looking for right from the beginning. We have bought many cars in the past, and I have to say with all honesty Brian was by far the best sales person we have dealt with. Niello Acura is the best dealership I have ever been to- both I have had Acuras now for over 23 years. I think I will never buy another type of car! Chris Knutson in sales is fantastic- even fun, to work with- don't want his head to get too big - I notice most everyone has a great experience with him. Gary Smedsted in service is very conscientious and wants to make sure things are done right for you, the customer. I leased an RDX, and has some minor issues with the upholstery- which was handled professionally and everything possible was done to fix it. The car is great! I still miss my old 2005 MDX which was my lifetime best car. Unfortunately I traded it in for a Prius last year, with a terrible experience at Roseville Toyota- the car was awful, and so I quickly went back to Niello Acura and got another RDX and am happy again. Not as good of mpg as a Prius, but a million times better car. More
