Happy when we left but didn’t last long. Buying the car they convinced us to switch credit unions for our loan. Turned into a massive xxxx show. They lied to us. Vehicle Servicing - Poor Recommendations and Poor Value Upon multiple visits to Niello Acura dealership in Roseville, I have had instances where I was either mislead about service/cost, condition of my vehi Upon multiple visits to Niello Acura dealership in Roseville, I have had instances where I was either mislead about service/cost, condition of my vehicle's components (I have later verified condition of those components with other shops and another dealer - their findings differed greatly from Niello's notes / recommendations) and paid extra for service that was unsatisfactory (upon bringing it up with the rep, he told me that whatever they did was normal... not exactly what you want to hear from Acura... some of these issues had to be corrected at other shops for additional money). Also, received estimates turned out to be lower than the actual costs - it would also be reasonable to include tax especially if cost is over $1K... I'm not asking for a partial cost after all. Now, whenever I need service, I opt to go extra 30 miles to another dealer, since I have 0 trust in what these guys do and I do not want to be upsold on things or pay extra for parts that do not need replacement. More
I came in with a loan approval letter from my credit union. The salesman, Tony was friendly and not too pushy. Sat down with Luke, financial closer. He insisted they run credit for loan with their bank (liars lie), I refused, I already have financing arranged on these terms 60 months 3.25%. He types deal with 3.99, over $16K for $13K car tax, lic & reg 1100 per dmv.ca.gov. I asked what a $795 charge was. Luke says it was for LoJack. I don’t want it. Luke replied I have to have it. I walked out. Filing complaint with Ca Dept of Business Oversite. LoJack needed to be in sticker price of car, not to included in sticker but to ‘pad’ price in sales contract is fraudulent. Sticker prices are not to be used as bait. More

Spoke with a salesman about a truck I was interested in that they have listed for 2700 over what car gurus carfax etc says the truck is worth. I told them what I want to pay and asked if that's possible, the salesman assured me they would "make it work" I have no car as I sold mine a few weeks ago. They offered to pick me up in the truck I was interested in. The truck was fine I drove it back to the dealership and they sat me down and after negotiating moved nowhere close to what I told them I could afford, 3k more! How is that making it work? Making it work for them maybe! They figured If they had me out there with no ride home I would just pay full price? I told them I couldn't afford what they have it listed for and now they have me stranded out here 30min away from my home! I now have to pay $30 for an uber. More

Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free. I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it. While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind! More

I recently purchased a used vehicle (Classic Car) From Niello"s .I purchased the car with the help of videos photos and many conversations without visiting the dealership as I reside cross country. When I received the car from transport I was very satisfied with the physical condition of the vehicle. Then it came to my attention over a period of several weeks that there were a few mechanical issues that I did not expect. So I contacted the sales department and immediately began to have many conversations with the General Manager (Michael Franz) With regard to the geographic distance Niello:s offered to make a financial adjustment for the purchase of the car. I am more then delighted with the way everything was handled. Michael Franz was most instrumental in handling the result.
