Spencer met me with a smile and good attitude at the door and got right on my vehicle check in. We discussed what was needed including a tire pressure issue and it turns out to be a nail in the tire. Our 2016 RLX has been serviced at Niello Roseville since we purchased it. The car looks like new and runs as well as it did when we drove it off the lot the first time.
