Lug nuts on Ford Escape from factory are JUNK. Chrome cover on nut will come off after being removed several times making the nuts 2 different sizes. Without the chrome cover the nuts are EXACTLY Chrome cover on nut will come off after being removed several times making the nuts 2 different sizes. Without the chrome cover the nuts are EXACTLY 18mm. So an 18mm socket will do the job but Nick Nicholas REFUSED to rotate my tires when I went in for "the works" package which includes tire rotation. But they wanted to sell me all new lug nuts to replace the junk nuts from the factory. Now how does that work???? They would have to REMOVE the old ones to install new ones but couldn"t remove them to rotate my tires. Will NEVER NEVER deal with them again and would advise potential customers to deal elsewhere.
