Shortly after purchasing my used certified 2019, F150 truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and w truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and was told nothing was wrong and that I was mistaken, no problems found. On the third visit the service manager talked down to me like a dog and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I use the truck for work, highway miles only and regular oil changes, so I suspect they knew my warranty was close to being over by the mileage count and then they could charge me to fix it. Shortly after the warranty expired the head broke off the valves and blew through the top of my piston (See pics). I contacted Ford they instructed me to contact the dealer, the dealer said contact Ford, so they are playing me as the xxxxxx in the middle. I've tried contacting the General Manager through personal contacts but no results. So, I'm airing their dirty laundry for all to see. This cost me an extra $7, 222 and i should be made whole. Be on guard if you buy from this dealer. The sales team was great (Joey) and I originally went there as they claim to take good care of disabled Vetrans, but I guess that was wrong. More

The service department doesn't listen to their customers. It is a shame. I got hurt twice from them not listening to what I needed done. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and they were suppose to u It is a shame. I got hurt twice from them not listening to what I needed done. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change and they were suppose to update my GPS but didn't have what they needed. After 2 hours, they told me. Shame on them. I am now looking for another dealership that will listen to its customers. I do not recommend you visiting this dealership. More

First Ms. Jasmine in the Collison center is a wonderful, friendly , professional receptionist. I had my door hinges on my 2004 Mustang replaced. fanstic job. I could tell the difference with my door the minute I opened it. I was very impressed with the quality of there workmanship & especially the person who had cleaned my rims & tires. My rims were great same with the tires. Would love to know what they used. I never saw my rims so shiny even when I purchased them. I highly recommend this company. More
