A day I won't forget Well I went to Nicholas Ford to try and lease a car as I had sold my Kia. After I sold that car, I realized that I felt trapped and couldn't go anywh Well I went to Nicholas Ford to try and lease a car as I had sold my Kia. After I sold that car, I realized that I felt trapped and couldn't go anywhere. I came in to Nick Nicholas with intention to lease a car, but the more I thought about it I came to the conclusion it would be better to buy a car. Your sales person, Kim Williams was the first person I met. She was very efficient and made me feel comfortable. We spent a few hours together. She showed me the Taurus LX, though it was a 2003 it still looked good. We took it out for a trial ride, I drove, and it seemed fine. I am a senior, I did not want a new car, just something small would be great. I only drive around here to shop and keep medical appointments. The Taurus is good for that. Kim was very helpful in explaining every thing in the vehicle. I would recommend Nicholas Ford to anyone that likes great service or attention to buy a vehicle. Bottom line I purchased the Taurus. More

Probably my best ever vehicle purchase experience. Everything about the whole experience was terrific. Buying a vehicle has always been like going to the dentist, but Rex made it seem effortless. He did everything himself. No running to a manager every five minutes with the four square, which is a real turnoff. It just shows to me that the dealership trusts it's employees. Great job Rex. More
