The main reason is their customer service, Service department, used sales departments are all excellent, Every employee at Nick Nicholas is happy, has been there many many years for the most part, and it shows in the way they approach their customers. Very pleasant buying experience I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, but this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson was Michelle Russo. She I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, but this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson was Michelle Russo. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She is responsive but not pushy. Always a follow up and got answers to questions if she didn’t know the answer on the spot. Finance person was very pleasant and professional. Overall, it was a quick and smooth process. All of the people were friendly and the facilities look good.
