It was a good experience working with Nick. As a side note, I was disappointed in the A-Plan pricing at the Ford website compared to the actual pricing at the dealership. I did not appreciate the "price can change without notice" aspect of the deal. In addition, I did not receive my reward points under the Ford Rewards program for the vehicle purchase.
