You do your research, determine wants and needs then you communicate. It takes time and effort for the whole team to work to get you the best deal. That has to take patience and the entire Nick Mayer team did me right, all were professional, courteous and very warming. They even let my dog Fred sit in on the deal and trust me he got some serious love. Selling is hard and not easy trying understand what your customer wants and can afford. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't, but my experience was fantastic. But you say why not a five star, cause for me it's really hard to achieve perfection and to me that is what we are always trying to do. Therefore, I have to say one if not the best buying experience. Mark was patient, he listened and worked to get what Michele and I wanted. Though I wanted the diesel, Mark directed me to what was best based on want and price. Open and yes he was honest. Wonderful Car Buying Experience My lease on a 2015 MKZ was coming to an end and I wanted a 2017 MKC black on black. Although one was not available within the area my salesperson Tim My lease on a 2015 MKZ was coming to an end and I wanted a 2017 MKC black on black. Although one was not available within the area my salesperson Tim Josselson was able to locate just what I wanted within 30 minutes.
