Untrustworthy! Very untrustworthy for having vehicle ready for date promised. Not only was the date wrong but in some cases work was not even started! Misdiagnosed the problem and asking for more money to resolve it over and over. One day was on hold for over 30 minutes only to find service department was not staffed that morning! Promised an amount to buy back my car and when I went to make the deal pulled out and said they did not want my car...Even though they had inspected it a few days earlier! Do not shop here!. Not trustworthy!! Bought two new cars here several years ago. Never again! Untrustworthy! More

Extremely Poor Service from Service Center I took my vehicle into the dealership for routine maintenance. I used their shuttle service so I didn't have to wait. They dropped me at work, which w I took my vehicle into the dealership for routine maintenance. I used their shuttle service so I didn't have to wait. They dropped me at work, which was uneventful. The problem came in when the car was done. I attempted to call 3 separate times and could get no one from the service center. I was stranded, as I needed a shuttle back to get my vehicle. I attempted to use the online chat, only to be told someone would call me, and was then disconnected. After calling twice more, I was finally connected with someone. I explained to the porter that my complex had 4 buildings and he needed to go to the last building and gave him the name. He went to the first building, called me again and spent over 5 minutes arguing with me about how many buildings there were and would not move from where he was. He just kept saying 'Oh my GOD!' over and over. He eventually asked someone else and when given the same instructions, finally came to get me. No apology for the delay, the rudeness, or the poor service. I contacted the service director and manager and neither have bothered to reply. I won't be returning. More

Full filling a Dream! I understand the environment and what comes with it when it comes to buying a car. You do your research, determine wants and needs then you communica I understand the environment and what comes with it when it comes to buying a car. You do your research, determine wants and needs then you communicate. It takes time and effort for the whole team to work to get you the best deal. That has to take patience and the entire Nick Mayer team did me right, all were professional, courteous and very warming. They even let my dog Fred sit in on the deal and trust me he got some serious love. Selling is hard and not easy trying understand what your customer wants and can afford. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't, but my experience was fantastic. But you say why not a five star, cause for me it's really hard to achieve perfection and to me that is what we are always trying to do. Therefore, I have to say one if not the best buying experience. Mark was patient, he listened and worked to get what Michele and I wanted. Though I wanted the diesel, Mark directed me to what was best based on want and price. Open and yes he was honest. He worked to get me the best deal. All my friends in Northeast Ohio - Mark is your guy and Nick Mayer is your dealership. I will buy my cars from these guys! More
