Poor customer service. Never bothered to get back with me. The online personnel were responsive but when I spoke with a sales person he seemed uninterested. Damaged Vehicle STAY AWAY I purchased a 2018 F350 Platinum truck (sticker price $82,000) from Dave Massucci of Nick Mayer Ford back in June 2018. I had service don STAY AWAY I purchased a 2018 F350 Platinum truck (sticker price $82,000) from Dave Massucci of Nick Mayer Ford back in June 2018. I had service done a couple months later which included a tire rotation. The service tech scratched every rim by using a pry bar to pry off the wheel center caps. This caused the clear on the rims to scratch down to the aluminum. Fast Forward to today. Nick Mayer COO Chad Mayer reached out to me and stated they can repair the rims (no longer a factory finish which will not be as durable) or switch out the rims with a brand new truck on the lot (so they are admitting that they are putting used parts on brand new $80,000 pickup trucks and selling that vehicle as new). He then suggested taking my business elsewhere. Sounds convenient after they sold me a new truck and already took my money. I would stay away from Nick Mayer Ford as it is clear that once they damage your vehicle and receive your money, you mean nothing to them. More
Untrustworthy! Very untrustworthy for having vehicle ready for date promised. Not only was the date wrong but in some cases work was not even started! Misdiagnosed the problem and asking for more money to resolve it over and over. One day was on hold for over 30 minutes only to find service department was not staffed that morning! Promised an amount to buy back my car and when I went to make the deal pulled out and said they did not want my car...Even though they had inspected it a few days earlier! Do not shop here!. Not trustworthy!! Bought two new cars here several years ago. Never again! Untrustworthy! More

Extremely Poor Service from Service Center I took my vehicle into the dealership for routine maintenance. I used their shuttle service so I didn't have to wait. The problem came in when the car was done. I attempted to call 3 separate times and could get no one from the service center. I was stranded, as I needed a shuttle back to get my vehicle. I attempted to use the online chat, only to be told someone would call me, and was then disconnected. After calling twice more, I was finally connected with someone. I explained to the porter that my complex had 4 buildings and he needed to go to the last building and gave him the name. He went to the first building, called me again and spent over 5 minutes arguing with me about how many buildings there were and would not move from where he was. He just kept saying 'Oh my GOD!' over and over. He eventually asked someone else and when given the same instructions, finally came to get me. No apology for the delay, the rudeness, or the poor service. I contacted the service director and manager and neither have bothered to reply. I won't be returning. More
