In my opinion, they will take advantage of a customer where ever they see the opportunity to do so. They have lost a customer. My family has purchased at least five cars from this dealership and their indifference towards how they treat their customers is, in my opinion, the worst experience one could have at a car dealership. If you don't mind being hung up on when you are asking for after sales service, this is the place for you. More

He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Our test drive went smoothly and we decided to purchase the car. Classic "Take the money and run" dealer Don't look for much integrity with this dealer. Sean was a good salesman but his bosses were horrible. The sales lady who supervised Sean took our bid on a used car over the phone but never submitted it...we called Sean back a few days later to find out what happened. She told Sean we weren't interested (?). Lying is not becoming from a car dealer. I guess she didn't like our bid. Then we find out the radiator is rusted out...no wonder there was no warranty on what looked like a mint condition 2009 van. Should have had it looked at by a neutral mechanic. So much for the "buy with confidence" assurance you are supposed to get at a so called reputable dealer like Nick Mayer. I guess you have to spend a lot more that $14k for them to treat you right. Oh and the best part...sales managers who get as nasty as a junk yard dog when you call to ask them to do what's right. They have no interest in the concept of return business or customer care. Beware...this place is lives up to all the used car salesman stereotypes. More

SOLD ME AN UNSAFE AUTOMOBILE, THAT COULD HAVE KILLED US.. I bought a 1994 Ford Tempo GL with 19K original miles..MOST LIKELY 119K MILES. I bought it from Nick Mayers Marshall Ford Lincoln on November 3, 2014 I bought a 1994 Ford Tempo GL with 19K original miles..MOST LIKELY 119K MILES. I bought it from Nick Mayers Marshall Ford Lincoln on November 3, 2014. I bought this car for my daughter who was turning 21 to use it to go to college, I live in Las Vegas so I had it shipped to me. Upon arrival the car looked good, but after taking it to my mechanic they told me that it was unsafe to put on the road and to send it back....Its been an on going battle to try and get someone to own up to this piece of junk and to give me back a refund that would be suitable to my loss....I paid $3383.50 for this car then another 800 for shipping. I'm not looking for full refund but they offered $300 a couple days ago and I felt insulted......I am so very disappointed in the way they are handling this matter. I will be calling the better business bureau on monday and will contact an attorney if I have to .........My mechanic will sign a note stating that the car is dangerous and could not be registered as it is unsafe to drive.....I would love to speak with Nick Mayer but he has not been MAN enough to return my phone calls......I do hope no one else will ever be subjected to this kind of cruelty.....I am so very disappointed as I bought this from the ford dealership as I felt they could be trusted to sell me a good product for a good price..... and I was completely mislead........they lack honesty, integrity and character and they wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them in the face....this is the most dishonorable dealer I've ever dealt with......so very disappointed....Hope and Pray no on will ever have to go through this as I did......UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN...........
