Waste of time I just left this dealer. I couldn't have been more insulted by my experience. Prior to my arrival I emailed the price I would except for my trade I just left this dealer. It was exactly the fair KBB trade amount which we all know is not consumer friendly. I was met with an offer $1,500 lower. This is after being emailed that we were "in the ballpark". Hmm that's not in the stadium to me. Then the car had significant damage on the bumper and all I asked was for it to be repaired or reflected in the price. To which I was repeatedly told the dealer was already taking a $5,000 loss on the car. Really!!! I have never met a dealer who would make a deal where after trade in they would still lose money. It's 2017. Those tactics just don't work. When I clearly shared my displeasure and my being insulted by the start of the deal I was handed my keys and sent on my way. Funny story. As I was waiting I looked at their feedback wall and was told Ford only accepts A++ ratings or the salesperson is dinged. My guess is they only had 8-9 posted cause there are only 8-9 people that can eat a poop sandwich and be happy. More
Used Car Purchase with a twist. Just purchased a used car for my son. I knew what I wanted before I arrived. I was able to get a look at it and wanted to drive it. It took an hour to get the car out from behind the car that was blocking it. Test drove the car and decided to buy. The process took awhile. I arrived at 10:30 and left @ 1:30. Paying cash did not speed up the process. I was driving the car home when I had some electrical problems. I returned to the dealership and they took into service. They ended up replacing the alternator and battery on them. In the end I was pleased with my purchase. Sales were friendly although they seemed a little unorganized. Service department was great. They pulled someone off a car to fix mine which was quite nice. More

I encourage you to visit other Ford locations that are much more reliable and honest. Locations that have Managers that actually manage This location employs managers that will not acknowledge customer's concerns. You're lucky if they greet you. Some of the staff members are great but management sucks....the only time they speak or smile at you is right before you sign the papers. I seriously wish I never stepped foot into this location.....I've been driving Ford vehicles for 18 years. I never felt this way until doing business here. Buyer beware!! More

Being stubborn will not help your customer base . I was very excited to go look at a used Dodge Charger 2015 at this dealership even though they were not a Dodge Dealership. The salesperson Damon was outstanding and I feel bad for him regarding what transpired in my experience as I could tell he was frustrated as well. I had been looking at cars for over a month after finally selling a car I had on Craigslist. I read the reviews about this dealership prior to entering and was a little apprehensive. I had $9,000 cash on me to put down on the car as well as stellar credit 840+ so I figured it would be an easy deal. I was even going to use their financing allowing the loan company to give them a kick back even though I had my own financing already through a credit union!! Boy was I wrong. When it came time to agree on the numbers, Damon went to the sales manager working this evening and came back with $100 off the price of the vehicle. I found this insulting, especially for a car that was rear wheel drive and was about to be stored for the winter in a few months. Long story short I walked out over $388 as the sales manager would not budge on the price, and total I was only asking for $488 off the sticker, which I felt was very reasonable. Being a Mayfield resident I was very disappointed as I wanted to give this local dealer my business. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle at another dealer in Aurora that was no nonsense, as well as priced significantly lower than ALL other dealers around. In closing, I would recommend the sales manager as well as the Marshall Ford sales staff revisit their sales strategies if they want to stay in business. We the consumer are much more educated about the values of cars and are active on all the sales web sites comparative shopping when spending this kind of money on transportation. More
Worst Service I have purchased one Fusion from them and we lease another. EVERY time I take a car there for service it is a huge hassle. Even something as simple as an oil change, turns into a mess. We recently took our 2014 fusion there for an oil change. The next time we started the vehicle the check engine light came on and it idled very rough ( it was whisper quiet before). So, now we have to take it in to be repaired, which is a huge inconvenience of taking off work because of thier limited hours. Once I had an 11am appt for service, I went back 2 and 1/2 hours later to check on the progress and my car was in the same spot it was when i dropped it off. I will never buy anything there again...waste of time and money. More
