Tim, I am very sorry that you had a negative experience at our dealership. I can let you know that we DO want your business! I am also sorry that you dislike our pricing structure. We do not mark up our prices as some other dealers do so they can give you a discount if you are a great negotiator, rather, we believe if we put our BEST price out there everyone can get a great deal. Our Charger has 5600 miles and is basically brand new. This is why I am happy you mentioned the "value" of cars. According to CarGurus, an independent 3rd party, we are priced $5153 below market value on this car. I would say that is a pretty significant discount, which is why we were unable to come down another $488. We have one of the largest pre-owned inventory in Cleveland and some of the lowest pricing in over 250 miles. In the past 90 days we have shipped cars to IL, NV, TX and OR. Our already low pricing is what makes buyers come from that distance. You mentioned that your deal in Aurora was no nonsense, did you pay the price that they were asking? Did you try and buy it greater than 15% below market value? Our prices are set to be no nonsense, the price you see is the price you pay. I can assure EVERYONE that reads this post, our cars are priced to sell. We use multiple 3rd party sites to make sure that we are competitive in the market if not the LOWEST price out there. Again, I am sorry that you were displeased.

I appreciate your response but it is funny the next day I was contacted by Damon and was told he would honor the even $24,000 for the car. He also stated that the store general manager was not present on Monday and would have sold me the car at my price. The point I am making is your sales manager who worked on Monday messed up and it cost him a customer who could have referred your dealership to others. From the looks of the other reviews on here, it seems that I am not alone in my experience.

EH, Thank you for your review. We are constantly trying to improve our process' for a better customer experience. I am not sure who your salesman was, however, it is our policy to get signed commitment before sending any deal to finance. We want to be very transparent with respect to all pricing, fees and payments. We would never intentionally mislead anyone on a purchase, because if you do not buy the car we all lose. Our business only survives because of our customers. Unlike other dealers in the area, we have bank approvals for our customers before they ever enter finance so we can minimize each customers time here at the dealership. Sometimes we run into difficult credit situations that cause this process to take a little longer. With that being said, we give EVERY customer an opportunity to purchase a vehicle no matter what the situation. I hope that you will accept our apology and I will also forward this on to the General Manager for review.
