Ms Bowen, thank you for taking the time to post your experience. I have requested all the details from our service dept. regarding your Malibu. We did perform a recall on the veh prior to your purchase regarding the AC when the vehicle had 11 miles on it. Work was also performed Feb 24, 2014 concerning the stop & start of the transmission that shows reprogramming and a computer update performed per GM bulletin. at that time the Malibu had 5840 miles. right front axle shaft also was replaced at that date to enhance driving to eliminate vibration. according to the recent visit, the veh has 91,000 miles on it. We are continuing to review your records to determine what further steps we need to take. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to us Allan Ledford General Manager
